Beau Coast West Wins Big in 2025
As we look back at 2025, we’re proud of the work we’ve done at making Beau Coast West the kind of place you want to call home. The NCHBA STARS Awards Gala was held November 5, 2025, at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel in Raleigh-Durham. The reception, dinner, and awards culminated in Beau Coast West taking home three awards for: Best Website for a Community, Best 30- to 60-Second Commercial, and Best Brochure or Newsletter for a Community.
The NCHBA STARS Awards program honors the achievements of home building industry professionals from across North Carolina. Winners receive recognition in areas such as marketing and advertising, web design, sales/information centers, landscape design, interior merchandising, architecture/floor plans, remodeling/renovation, and special projects. Builders can enter a wide range of categories for the NCHBA STARS Awards, and the winners are chosen by a panel of distinguished individuals selected for their professional expertise in the home building industry.
We put a great deal of focus on our marketing and advertising information to ensure prospective buyers, as well as residents of Beau Coast West, receive the best information to make decisions and stay up to date on local information. This effort is reflected in the awards we received.
We won Best Website for a Community, which was judged based on overall design, effectiveness, use of best practices, and user experience.
We also won Best 30- to 60-Second Commercial. This is determined based on originality, creativity, concept, execution as it relates to reaching the target market, and traffic generated.
Finally, we were awarded Best Brochure or Newsletter for a Community. This is judged on concept, copy, design, creativity, readability, layout, overall presentation and project effectiveness.
